- Plesk 12.5 for Linux
- Plesk 12.0 for Windows
- Plesk 12.0 for Linux
How to configure DNS zones for domains if Plesk 12.0 is running behind the NAT?
Install the 'NAT Manager' extension:
- Go to Plesk > Extensions > Extensions Catalog
Match internal IP addresses with appropriate external IP addresses :
- Go to Plesk > Extensions
- Click on NAT Manager
- Select private IP address and add appropriate external IP
All 'A' records in the DNS zone for newly created domains will be matched to the appropriate external IP .
For existing domains, you need to apply your DNS changes:
- Go to Plesk > Domains > example.com > Websites & Domains > DNS Settings
- Click on Apply DNS Template Changes
The other possible solution is described in the Knoweldgebase article #213941145
