Symptoms

Mail disk usage is incorrectly counted when using <get_info> method in API request, however, <disk_usage> does.

The following request is sending to Plesk server:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<packet>
<webspace>
<get>
<filter>
<name>example.com</name>
</filter>
<dataset>
<gen_info/>
<disk_usage/>
</dataset>
</get>
</webspace>
</packet>

As a result the following is returned by Plesk:

<packet version="1.6.7.0">
<webspace>
<get>
<result>
<status>ok</status>
<filter-id>example.com</filter-id>
<id>497</id>
<data>
<gen_info>
...
<real_size>1491336143</real_size>
...
</gen_info>
<disk_usage>
<httpdocs>1487450135</httpdocs>
<httpsdocs>0</httpsdocs>
<subdomains>0</subdomains>
<web_users>6</web_users>
<anonftp>60</anonftp>
<logs>85528178</logs>
<dbases>69127542</dbases>
<mailboxes>1109225486</mailboxes>
<webapps>0</webapps>
<maillists>0</maillists>
<domaindumps>0</domaindumps>
<configs>5294</configs>
<chroot>229</chroot>
</disk_usage>
</data>
</result>
</get>
</webspace>
</packet>

Output of <gen_info> <real_size> is not correct and not equal to sum output of <disk_usage> .

Cause

Software issue with id #PPPM-4212 . It is fixed in Plesk 12.5 MU #26 and Plesk Onyx.

Resolution
