Unable to login to Plesk as customer or reseller:
Error: You have entered incorrect username or password.
Wrong password is being used.
"Forgot your password?" option can be used to retrieve client's/reseller's password or Plesk Administrator can reset old password for required user.
Please follow the following step to reset the password:
Access the Plesk with the admin user.
Go to Home > Customers >
<customer_name>> Change Login Info
Enter a new password or generate it using Generate button.
Apply changes by clicking OK button.
