Also, there are a lot of messages related to abrt deamon in /var/log/messages .

abrtd deamon is running on a server:

    # /etc/init.d/abrtd status
* is running

Cause

Such emails are sent by abrtd daemon. Whenever the abrt daemon identifies any issue in server logs, it sends an email to 'root@localhost', or forwards all the emails to the server administrator. abrtd deamon is not shipped with Plesk, and Plesk does not manage it in any way.

Workaround

Stop abrtd deamon:

    # /etc/init.d/abrtd stop

Or, alternatively, search for a solution on some public forums related to an issue or contact abrtd support.
