Cause

Password complexity policy enforced for Plesk accounts

Resolution

  • Disable password complexity policy for Plesk accounts
  • Run gpupdate /force to enforce policy propagation from an Active Directory domain controller.
  • Execute Plesk Reconfigurator -> Repair Plesk installation and select Plesk Services and Plesk accounts .

Additionally, you can check, whether the password policy issue persists, by running in a command line console:

"%plesk_dir%\\admin\\bin\\plesksrv.exe" -debug
