Unable to access WebMail in Plesk 11.0.9. The resource you are looking for could have been removed

Symptoms

Unable to access webmail, the following error is shown:

Error message : Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

MailEnable 8.0 is installed.

Cause

MailEnable 8.0 is not supported by Plesk 11.0.9 according to release notes .

Resolution

Downgrade MailEnable to 7.06 or earlier supoprted version.

In case you want to use MailEnable 8.0, upgrade Plesk to version 11.5 or higher. Use KB # 213411749 for your reference.

Workaround:

  1. Create a folder %plesk_dir%\\Mail Servers\\Mail Enable\\Bin\\NetWebMail\\mewebmail

  2. Copy all content of %plesk_dir%\\Mail Servers\\Mail Enable\\Bin\\NetWebMail into newly created directory.
