MS SQL servers are not visible in Plesk Panel

Symptoms

Plesk Panel (Plesk) users are not allowed to create or manage Microsoft SQL Databases. MS SQL server(s) is not visible.

Cause

The currently installed license key does not support Microsoft SQL Server.

Resolution

Obtain a license key that supports Microsoft SQL Server which is included into Power Pack add-on. To see the list of all applications that are included into Power Pack, visit:

To check if your license has Power Pack add-on, go to Tools and Settings > License Management . If your license does not have Power Pack add-on enabled in the list of all options in License Management menu, you should purchase Power Pack.
