Subscription is not transferred if the username of the customer who owns the subscription matches the domain name

Symptoms

Subscription is not transferred (migrated) to Parallels Plesk Panel if the username of the customer who owns the subscription matches the domain name.

Cause

The case has been submitted to the Plesk Service Team as an internal issue with the ID PPPM-1218 .

Resolution

The issue was completely fixed in the Parallels Plesk 11.5 MU #39 .For earliest versions of Parallels Plesk please use the workaround rename the username of the customer at Home > Customers > contact_name > Change Login Info , transfer the subscription, rename the username back.
