Domain is not assigned to customer

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.0 for Linux

Symptoms

Domain is not listed with customer list as a result customer unable to access Plesk control panel.

Cause

Subscription was not assigned to the customer.

Resolution

Reassign a subscription to required customer.

  1. Go to Subscriptions , and select checkboxes near the subscriptions that you are going to reassign.
  2. Click Change Subscriber .
  3. Select a new subscriber and click Next >> .
  4. Review the information about the changes to be made to the subscription settings and click OK .

Alternatively, to transfer a single subscription, click the corresponding subscription name in Subscriptions and click Change subscriber in the right sidebar under Account .
