While accessing the Mail Enable webmail you may face this error:
"Unable to load DLL 'MEAISO.DLL': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"
Mailenable could not read
file due to incorrect permissions by unknown reason.
Log in to your Windows server via RDP.
%plesk_dir%Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Bin\MEInstaller.exeThe MEInstaller is a utility that is used to reset components and file permissions.
Select "Common Installation (File Permissions)". See more details about other installation options in MailEnable Professional Guide
Click on Execute and wait for the permissions and other settings to apply.
When it is finished click on View log to check if there were any errors during updating. If there are any errors during the updating process, please search the MailEnable Knowledge Base articles for error code explanations.
Then try to open the webmail in the browser. If the same issue persists, then again run the utility and in the utility select the option #2 click Execute and wait for the task completion.
