While accessing the Mail Enable webmail you may face this error:
"Unable to load DLL 'MEAISO.DLL': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"
Mailenable could not read
file due to incorrect permissions by unknown reason.
Login to your Windows server via RDP.
Run the utility
MEInstaller.exe. The MEInstaller is a utility that is used to reset components and file permissions. It can be found in the
BINdirectory of MailEnable. The default location for the application is:
%plesk_dir%Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Bin\MEInstaller.exe
Select "Common Installation (File Permissions)". See more details about others installation options in MailEnable Professional Guide
Click on Execute and wait for the permissions and other settings to apply.
When it is finished click on View log to check if there were any errors during updating. If there are any errors during the updating process, please search the MailEnable Knowledge Base articles for error code explanations.
Then try to open the webmail in browser. If you still facing the same issue then again run the utility & select the option 2 & complete the task. Check Mailenable KB if you see the different error.
