Unable to access Plesk: CATALINA_HOME: The system cannot find the file specified.

Applicable to:

Symptoms

After Plesk upgrade, it is not possible to log in; the following error is shown:

get_config_string failed: CATALINA_HOME: The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at RegQueryValueEx valueName=CATALINA_HOME

Cause

Plesk was not fully upgraded, and some records do not exist in the registry.

Resolution

Please try to upgrade the Plesk again using autoinstaller :
