Cron tasks for a subscription are disabled in Subscriptions > example.com > Scheduled Tasks and cannot be activated in Plesk web interface: when you click on a cron task to enable it, Plesk reports that the operation completed successfully, however, the task stays inactive as shown in the following screenshot:
Scheduled cron tasks are not being executed.
This is a bug with ID #PPPM-4560.
Log into Plesk;
Suspend and activate a domain in Plesk.
If domain should not be suspended, allow cron tasks for subscription user:
Connect to the server via SSH;
Run the following command:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/crontabmng allow user
user is the login of a system user that you manage cron jobs for.
