I cannot login to a support.plesk.com and password reset does not work

    There needs to be another way to reach support BESIDES logging in - ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!

    I've used different email addresses for support.plesk.com and platform360.com, so now it seems I've lost all my article subscriptions and all history from support.plesk.com. What a hassle, getting notifications for updated Plesk support articles was really useful... but now I've lost access. :-(

    Is there a way to merge accounts or recover my old account? The address I used for support.plesk.com isn't registered on platform360.com, so what can I do???
