Timeout values have been increased and no errors are logged in
/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log
Cause
Connection issues with the remote storage location.
Solution
Contact the remote storage provider to troubleshoot the connection, or connect a new remote storage instance. If no issues are found on the remote side, or it persists with different ones, have a network administrator check the network access from Plesk to the remote storage boxes.
