The website is WordPress instance.
Cause
Some WordPress enabled plugin works incorrectly.
Resolution

Disable all plugins from WordPress > example.com > Plugins by using the switch to deactivate them one by one as follows:
- Re-enable the plugins again one by one while reviewing the domain error_log to confirm which one is producing the logs and leave this disabled or reach its developer for assistance if this is required.
Note: The strace
command line utility might help to find the needed one.

In my case it was W3 Total Cache, but not the plugin itself - message warns you about stopped redis (memcahed or etc) what used by plugin for DB/object cache
