Symptoms
- WordPress has been installed on a domain in Plesk and all the necessary files exist in the domain's document root, but the Web Server's Default Page is displayed instead of the actual content

Cause
Litespeed does not restart automatically after WordPress installation
Resolution

Connect to the server via SSH

Restart Litespeed manually:
# /usr/local/lsws/bin/lswsctrl restart

No litespeed installed, yet still getting this issue (Obsidian Linux)
The NUMBER ONE cause of this problem is if the server has multiple IP addresses, and the DNS is set to the wrong IP for the domain. If there is a discrepancy between what the DNS advertises for 'www', and what the web server is expecting, you'll get the default PLESK page.
