Symptoms
The following error is displayed in /var/log/plesk/sitebuilder.log file with debug mode when trying to publish a website in Web Presence Builder:

Cause
feedback.pp.parallels.com is a deprecated service for error reporting that was used for different Plesk components. This service is now working on a different URL, but the old URL is still present in Web Presence Builder code.
Resolution
1. Connect to the server via SSH
2. Add the following block into /usr/local/sb/config file to disable error reporting:
CONFIG_TEXT: [internal]
send_errors = false
Since there was an error report, it means that there was an actual error that prevented the publishing in the first place. If the publishing fails with disabled error reporting, further investigation may be required.
