Question
Are there any alternatives to myLittleAdmin for managing MSSQL user databases in Plesk for Windows?
Common reasons for asking this question:
1. myLittleAdmin has not been developed since 2012 and is outdated - http://mylittleadmin.com/en/history.aspx
2. For integrating myLittleAdmin with Plesk we have to pass clear-text passwords for DB users, which is insecure
3. There is a known vulnerability CVE-2020-13166 - https://plesk-new.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12377005279255
Answer
myLittleAdmin has been removed from Plesk because the vendor stopped providing support for it. Therefore, it was out of date and had security issues.
At the moment, there are no alternatives available that can be managed via Plesk.
Please leave a vote and comment of your use-case on the Plesk UserVoice portal.
Instead of myLittleAdmin, consider using local database clients such as HeidiSQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
Note: as an additional alternative, it is possible to manually install outdated myLittleAdmin without using Plesk (outside), but it is the action that should be done on your own risk without Plesk support in case of any issues with it.

Because it does not provide an alternative for hosting providers with DB servers in the backend. MSSQL management studio is only suitable for direct connection to the DB server.
Is there any update on this?
The customers are complaining that they cannot work properly without MyLittleAdmin and now there's overhead for us as a Hosting Provider to: backup the databases>provide them to customers for changes>Restore them on the DB server again and again.
It's the only way we have to help them.
Please look into this again ASAP, Plesk needs to provide an alternative web-based solution for Windows' customers.
