Cannot manage ModSecurity on Plesk server. The ok and apply buttons are not commiting changes

Symptoms

• Cannot manage ModSecurity at Tools & Settings > Web Application Firewall. Nothing happens upon pressing "Apply" or "Ok" buttons.
• French locale is used on the server.

Cause

Plesk bug #PPPM-13394

Resolution

1. Connect to the server via SSH

2. Edit the line in /opt/psa/admin/application/default/resources/languages/fr-FR/components/forms.php
