Symptom

Webmail is secured with an SSL certificate using the following KB article:

Accessing webmail page in a browser throws security warning:
CONFIG_TEXT: The certificate is only valid for the following names: www.example.com, example.com
Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN
Cause
The certificate was not issued to CN (Common Name) webmail.example.com
.
Resolution
-
Go to Domains > example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates

Issue a new certificate that will be valid for
webmail.example.com
CN as well.Note: Tick the "Secure webmail on this domain" checkbox on issuing via Let's Encrypt
