On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at MyPlesk.com/Plesk360/Platform360 please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

Is it possible to upgrade CentOS version on the server running Plesk?

    today during the night, Plesk upgrade CentOS 7.4 to 7.5 on our servers. After that, we notice some multiple issue related to php.The servers wan't restarted yet.

    1.) Example: Wordpress update didn't work. There was an error:

    Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/wordpress-4.9.5-no-content.zip…
    Download failed.: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: downloads.wordpress.org; Name or service not known
    Installation Failed

    2.) Example: Error on some Magento page in some API call:
    Exception message: API call to senders/domains failed: Could not resolve host: mandrillapp.com; Name or service not known

    After restarting/reloadin php-fpm all that errors disappeared. Any idea how to prevent this kind of trouble?
