Why SSL checker (for example, www.ssllabs.com) shows SSL certificate for hostname example.com as self-signed, or untrusted, or shows a certificate name mismatch, when Plesk was secured according to documentation at Tools & Settings > SSL certificates and Plesk login page https://example.com:8443 shows trusted SSL certificate?
All SSL certificate checkers by default verify SSL certificate for hostname example.com on port 443. In other words, they check certificate issued for the particular website domain. Certificate configured at Tools & Settings > SSL certificates protects only Plesk interface on port 8443, not a website itself.
