- Plesk for Linux
Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:
- #PPPM-7827 "Support issue #PPPM-7827"
- Plesk Onyx 17.8 Release 17 April 2018
A scheduled backup process fails with the following error message:
CONFIG_TEXT: DB query failed: SQLSTATE: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 'backup_type_full' for key 'PRIMARY', query was: INSERT INTO `PleskStats` (`param`, `value`) VALUES (?, ?)
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-7827, which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.
As a workaround, perform the following actions:
Connect to a Plesk server via SSH.
Download the patched file:
# wget -P /root https://plesk.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/115005878454/PleskStats.zip
Unzip the file:
# unzip /root/PleskStats.zip
Create a backup of the original file "PleskStats.php":
# cp /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Broker/PleskStats.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Broker/PleskStats.php.bak
Replace the original file:
# mv -f /root/PleskStats.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Db/Table/Broker/
