A scheduled task is created in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Scheduled Tasks with the chosen Task type as Run a command and with the next value in the Command field:
CONFIG_TEXT: php -q /var/www/vhosts/example.com/script.php
In an attempt to run the scheduled task via Plesk > Tools & Settings > Scheduled Tasks the following error appears:
PLESK_ERROR: Unable to run Task "php -q /var/www/vhosts/example.com/script.php" completed with error in 0 seconds, output: PHP Fatal error: The file /var/www/vhosts/example.com/script.php cannot be decoded
by this version of the ionCube Loader.

then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader.

System PHP version does not support ionCube.
Navigate to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Scheduled Tasks and click on the affected task.
Change the Task type to Run a PHP script and choose in the Use PHP version field the PHP version which supports ionCube, e.g. 7.1.11, 7.0.26 or lower:
Click the OK button.
