Magento installation via Plesk > Domains > example.com > Applications > Magento fails with the following error in Plesk UI:
PLESK_ERROR: Error: Unable to install the app because its installation requirements are not met. Contact your hosting provider to resolve this problem
The 'mcrypt' extension was not found.
The 'soap' extension was not found.
The 'zip' extension was not found.
PHP requirements for the Magento are not met.
- Log into Plesk.
- Adjust the PHP requirements for the application of the domain:
If the PHP version set domain is lower than 7.0.26:
Go to Plesk > Domains > example.com > PHP settings switch PHP version to 7.0.26 or higher and click Apply button.
Note: if there is no PHP version 7.0.26 or higher, go to Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades > Add/Remove Components select and install the required version.
If the PHP version set domain is 7.0.26 or higher:
Go to Tools & Settings > PHP settings > select chosen PHP version and make sure that highlighted extensions are selected:
- Install Magento application.
