Unable to restore Plesk backup using CLI:
C:\> plesk bin pleskrestore.exe --restore "C:\backup_info_1712270440.xml.zip" -ignore-sign -level clients
Unable to import file as dump: Unable to convert dump to current format because it too old
exit status 1
The backup file is corrupted.
- Log in to Plesk via SSH or RDP
- Try to extract the archive file manually.
Note: make sure that there is enough disk space for it
# tar -xvf /var/lib/psa/dumps/backup_info_1802221815.xml.tar -C /var/lib/psa/dumps/
extract zip archive with backup to
- Go to Tools & Settings > Backup Manager and proceed with restoration.
