Outgoing Mail Limits were modified by administrator for a mailbox to the value that exceeds server-wide default in Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > firstname.lastname@example.org > The maximum number of outgoing email messages :
Server-wide limits in Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings :
The customer cannot modify the mail account, on any change an error is returned:
PLESK_ERROR: The value must be in the range 0..10. Only the Plesk administrator can adjust this setting.
Plesk bug with ID #PPPM-7803 . It is planned to fix in the future releases.
As a workaround, server-wide mail limits can be modified, so the limit on mailbox does not exceed them:
- Navigate to Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings ;
- Modify Default limit on outgoing messages from a mailbox (per hour) value, so mail account limits are below it;
- Click on OK .
