CONFIG_TEXT: A network-related or instance-specific error has occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. Server is not found or not accessible. - Bunch of errors like below are observed in Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application :

MSSQL server is under DDoS attack.
Configure a firewall rules for 1433 MSSQL port, so that it will be accessible only from local network and for remote administrators.
