This is a feature request EXTLETSENC-134 which is planned to be implemented in one of the future updates of the extension Let's Encrypt.
Consider following the article to be notified when the feature will be implemented - the article will be updated.
As a workaround, perform the following steps:
- Log into Plesk.
- Switch webmail to Horde using the following article: How to change webmail for a subscription?
- Secure the domain and webmail with a Let's Encrypt certificate under Domains > example.com > Let's Encrypt > Secure webmail on this domain.
- Switch webmail back to MailEnable (see step 2 for instructions).
