This is a Plesk bug PMT-4216 that will be fixed in future product updates. It may appear when Plesk Agent is deployed in two threads at one time. This is a reliability issue, it should not appear again on the same server.
- Login into Plesk;
- Restart migration in Tools & Settings > Migration and Transfer Manager.
