Hi @Ingrid Tsarevskiy,
Glad to hear that the issue was resolved!
Hi,
I'm having a different issue, I have a vps server from Godaddy and when I try to reach webmail.domain.com, I end up arriving at the default Plesk page though all dns records are right!
@Nabil Al-Kilany
Make sure that webmail is selected under domain > Mail addresses > Mail settings
@Lev lurev
Thanks Lev, it is selected, things worked once I used the CLI command "Plesk repair web" where it fixed the bindings.
it does not even work plesk mail, I am obliged to keep OVH mx plan despite that I fall into spam !!!
no simple help! complex to set up emails.
I put the addresses in the dns area but my webmail does not work even after repairing nothing works.
@Lobbé Maxime,
There is a technical issue for sure that needs to be investigated. The process of setting up mail service and webmail is not supposed to be that complicated. Of course it is not normal that you faced such an issue. Please submit a support request to Plesk directly or to a reseller, depending on where the license was purchased so that issue is solved once and for all.
Is this updated? There is no Updates and Upgrades in Tools and Settings. Thank you
Hello @Eku B,
The article was updated Updates and Upgrades in Tools & Settings was replaced by Updates page.
It is possible to install Roundcube via "plesk installer" manually. Is there a way to do this automatically, like e.g. "/usr/sbin/plesk bin extension --install roundcube" (which doesn't work as it's not an extension).
