I ordered a license in Plesk Online Store before March 15, 2016. Now the license has expired. Why has this happened and how to resolve this issue?
Your license was ordered in our old Online Store ( https://shop.plesk.com:8443/plesk-billing/client/ ), which has been in smooth shutdown process since November 22, 2016.
Since November 22, 2016 we have made several attempts to reach you and inform you about the upcoming shutdown of old Online Store and the ways how to transfer your license subscriptions to the new Online Store.
In December 2018 the old Online Store has been finally shut down. Your license subscriptions that have not been transferred to our new Online Store before December 2018 have been closed, and as a result, the associated licenses have become expired.
