The following error occurs on attempt to perform Scan via Plesk > WordPress :
PLESK_ERROR: No integration information available for registry application ID 'd65fbdce-b7c8-4c6c-979c-7575acae3504'
- The following knowledge base articles were applied previously or couldn't be used for some reason such as forbiden
APSC inconsistency: Cannot find registry resource for Application ID
Error during scanning WordPress instances: Unable to load object of type Domain with id: Domain does not exist
WordPress Toolkit error: No integration information available for registry application ID
APSC database inconsistency, orphan UID records.
- Connect to the server via SSH.
- Backup manually PSA and APSC databases with following commands:
# plesk db dump psa > psa`date +%F-%s`.sql
# plesk db dump apsc > apsc`date +%F-%s`.sql
UID fix advisorscript into the server.
# wget https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/360010693773/UID_fix_advisor.sh
- Provide execution permissions to
UID fix advisorscript:
# chmod +x UID_fix_advisor.sh
UID fix advisorscript and follow its instructions to remove orphan UID records:
Note: The script will not execute all the SQL queries on behalf of the person executing it, instead, the script will advise what SQL queries has to be executed in order to fix the database inconsistency. If there's another error in Plesk after running all the queries suggested by the UID Fix Advisor script, please run again all the steps until no error is shown to clear further inconsistencies.
