    Present the same message after restarting the mailman service, other solution?

    We did not face any other causes except describe in the article.

    I recommend you to check ownership and permissions for whole /var/run/mailman directory and correct them if it's needed(do not forget restart mailman after that).
    They should be:

    # stat /var/run/mailman /var/run/ /var/ /var |egrep "File|Uid"
    File: '/var/run/mailman'
    Access: (2775/drwxrwsr-x) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 41/ mailman)
    File: '/var/run/'
    Access: (0755/drwxr-xr-x) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root)
    File: '/var/'
    Access: (0755/drwxr-xr-x) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root)
    File: '/var'
    Access: (0755/drwxr-xr-x) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root)
