    Hello @Arturo Rêvez,

    The NOQUEUE: reject error is too common and it is required to check the full line, where it is met.

    For example, the error as following can be seen: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from localhost[127.0.0.1]: 451 4.3.0 <mailbox@example.com>: Temporary lookup failure; from=<mailbox@example.com> to=<jdoe@example2.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<testserver.test>
    In case if such line is found, please check the following article: Unable to send emails: Temporary lookup failure

    If any other error code can be seen or the issue is not resolved yet, please submit a request to Plesk Technical Support: How to submit a request to Plesk support?

    Hi Daria,

    Thanks for your reply. I followed the link that you sent. Result: "Checking for: mailsrv_conf_init... fail". Steps here don't work either: https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/administrator-guide/plesk-administration/plesk-repair-utility/plesk-repair-utility-mail.74652/  Paid support is not an option for us at the moment. What else could we try?

    TIA!

    Hello,

    about the resolution "If the external mail service is used for all subscriptions, it is possible to modify Postfix configuration to exclude domains which exist in Plesk from the local delivery", what if just one Plesk domain is using an external service ? But that we still want to be able to send emails from this domain ? And avoiding the "Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox" when sending an email to another mail address at the same domain...

    @Camille PICOLET

    As I see the question is about https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213931945 article.

    When a certain domain uses external mail service, let's say it is domain example.com, all of it's emails (all email addresses that belong to a domain example.com) are hosted externally. So emails to/from any of those mailboxes will be served by an external mail server, not by Plesk. Plesk mail settings are ignored in this case.

    But if mail service for example.com is ON in Plesk, Postfix will still try to deliver emails locally, causing the error.

    So the resolution would be to disable the mail service for example.com on a Plesk side, as it is described in https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213931945. This way it will be possible to send emails from/to that domain's mailboxes through an external mail service. It is not possible to serve some mailboxes of example.com on a Plesk side and others of example.com on external mail server.

    If you still have additional questions, consider submitting a support request to Plesk directly or to a reseller, depending on where the license was purchased.
