The following error appears when a subscription backup larger than 2 Gb is uploaded via Backup Manager:
CONFIG_TEXT: HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
Resolution from the following Knowledge Base article does not resolve the issue: Unable to upload files more than 2GB through: 404.13 Not Found ;

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
As a workaround:
- Upload the backup file to a remote FTP server
- Log in to Plesk as admin
Navigate to Tools & Settings > Backup Manager > FTP Storage Settings
Enable FTP Storage, specify address of remote FTP server and credentials from the temporary subscription:
Click Ok and restore the subscription from the backup.
