Plesk bug with ID #PPPM-7738 : Failing to restore and import backups more than 2GB. It will be fixed in the future releases.
As a workaround:
- Upload the backup file to a remote FTP server
- Log in to Plesk as admin
Navigate to Tools & Settings > Backup Manager > FTP Storage Settings
Enable FTP Storage, specify address of remote FTP server and credentials from the temporary subscription:
Click Ok and restore the subscription from the backup.
