Add or remove a certain SSL protocol in nginx and apache configuration files and restart the corresponding service:
# grep ssl_protocols /etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/server.conf
ssl_protocols TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2;
# service nginx restart
# grep SSLProtocol /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf
SSLProtocol +TLSv1 +TLSv1.1 +TLSv1.2
# service httpd restart
NOTE: When nginx used as proxy for Apache web-server it is required to add changes into both configuration files.
