    Hi,

I'm encountering the same issue. I tried this solution but I'm still receiving these emails for the server itself and for some customers that are hosted on.

    Did I miss something?

    Hi Roonui ADAMS,

Are you getting the notification which contains <none> as name of the LE certificates that failed?

I follow and did this, but apart my notifications have another name, SSL It! certificates auto-renewal failure (customer's digest) for example I keep receiving the emails with <none> on the body.

The variables that gives <none> are only the "<failedKeepDomainsSecured>", "<keepDomainsSecuredWithErrors>" and "<partiallyRenewedCertificates>" from the email template all the others I get the proper text.

Is there another way of repairing this email templates?

If I uninstall the extensions Let's Encrypt and SSL It! and after reinstall them again could solve it?

    Thanks.

Just reinstall to try to solve it and the problem persists.

    So, there is no solution?
