Unable to remove an SSL certificate at Plesk > example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates. The following error message is shown in Plesk:
PLESK_ERROR: One or several certificates are assigned to the IP addresses or domains
The option SSL/TLS Support is disabled at Plesk > Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings, however the SSL certificate is set in the Certificate box.
- After enabling the option SSL/TLS Certificates , set Certificate to Not selected and clicking OK, the certificate in the Certificate box stays the same in Hosting Settings.
This is a Plesk bug with ID PPPM-7713 that is going to be fixed in future product updates.
As a workaround, perform the following steps:
In Plesk, go to Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings and enable the option SSL/TLS Support.
On the same page, set Certificate to Not Selected and click Apply.
Then disable SSL/TLS Support option again. Apply the changes.
Go Domains > example.com > SSL/TLS Support and remove the certificate.
