During the installation the EXT licenses (e.g, ADD-DOCKER-REMOTE-NODE-MGMT-M or ADD-JOOMLA-TOOLKIT-M) as additional key in Plesk the following message occurs:
PLESK_ERROR: Unable to update EXT.XXXXXXXX.0000. Requested Key is not additional.
Contact Plesk Technical Support for the resolution. As a workaround, the following can be applied:
1. Specify parent key for EXT.XXXXXXXX.0000 in KA.
2. Go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > License Management and retrieve the main Plesk key.
It is required to update information about the keys in Plesk.
3. Install EXT.XXXXXXXX.0000 key in Plesk.
