Email notifications (e. g. about scheduled tasks) are not delivered to the remote mailbox. The following records appear in

Please contact the administrator of 550-5.7.1 example.net domain if this was a legitimate mail. - Server example.com which sends notifications is configured to use server example.net as SMTP relay.
Additional configuration is required to make server example.com use mailbox of example.net as return-path address.
- Connect to the server using SSH
Add the following line at the bottom of /etc/postfix/main.cf:
CONFIG_TEXT: smtp_generic_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/generic
Create /etc/postfix/generic with the following content:
CONFIG_TEXT: email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org
Run the following command:
# postmap /etc/postfix/generic
Restart postfix service:
# service postfix restart
