It is required to change the user role of the subscription user John Doe (firstname.lastname@example.org).
However, the field User role is greyed out in Subscriptions > example.com > Users > User Accounts > John Doe > Change Settings .
The role of the user John Doe is set to Owner in Subscriptions > example.com > Users > User Accounts .
How to change the user role of a subscription owner?
The user role of the subscription owner cannot be changed.
As a workaround:
- Log in to Plesk
- Change the subscriber of this subscription according to instructions of the article How to change the owner for the subscription in Plesk? .
- Create a new user for email@example.com: Subscriptions > example.com > Users > Create User Account .
- Assign the necessary permissions for the newly created user in Subscriptions > example.com > Users > User Roles > Create User Role .
