I have setup a Let's Encrypt certificate but ftp connection still use the old one.

I have select the correct certificate in ips section for both ipv4 and ipv6.

@Giannis, if you are using domain's hostname while connecting to the server, check that the correct certificate is set in Domains > example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates

@Alexandr There is no ssl certificate in there. We have a GoDaddy ssl certificate for the domain i'm using to connect to ftp server but i have set it up in the Tools & Settings SSL/TLS Certificates and then assigned it to a separate dedicated ip for that domain.

We have multiple domains in that server.

@Alexandr Yes, I've already try that with no luck. I use proftp which is running though xine.

@Alexandr Sorry, company policy does not allow me to provide that information. Is there anything else that i could try to fix the problem though.

@Giannis, you can try the following commands:

    # plesk repair web -sslcerts
    # plesk repair ftp
