- Migration is performed from Plesk to Plesk.
This is Plesk Migrator bug with ID #PMT-3780 which will be fixed in upcoming Plesk Migrator updates.
As a workaround:
Upload missing certificate under Domains > subdomain.example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates > Upload Certificate manually.
Navigate to Domains > subdomain.example.com > Hosting Settings.
Select the uploaded certificate under Certificate drop-down menu.
