SSL certificate for sub-domain was not transferred to destination server by Plesk Migrator;
The following error is found in Details of migration:
PLESK_WARN: Plesk restore report problem:
Execution of "C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\bin\domain.exe" --update sub.example.com -hosting true -hst_type phys -do-not-apply-skeleton -www-root sub.example.com -ssl true -err_docs true -certificate-ref 5e172120fa398276b12cfb5e70558174 -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 4.
Unable to find certificate
- Migration is performed from Plesk to Plesk.
This is Plesk Migrator bug with ID #PMT-3780. The bug will be fixed in future Plesk Migrator updates.
As a workaround:
- Log into Plesk.
- Upload missing certificate under Domains > subdomain.example.com > SSL/TLS Certificates > Upload Certificate manually.
- Navigate to Domains > subdomain.example.com > Hosting Settings.
- Select the uploaded certificate under Certificate drop-down menu.
