Backup Plesk Multiserver database:
# cp /usr/local/psa/var/modules/plesk-multi-server/plesk-multi-server.sqlite3 /usr/local/psa/var/modules/plesk-multi-server/support-backup-20171206-plesk-multi-server.sqlite3
Access Plesk multiserver database:
MYSQL_LIN: sqlite3 /usr/local/psa/var/modules/plesk-multi-server/plesk-multi-server.sqlite3
Find an ID of the necessary subscription by navigating a cursor to its name in Plesk Multiserver:
Find the failed task of the subscription using the ID from the previous step (in this example it is 8):
MYSQL_LIN: sqlite> SELECT id FROM tasks WHERE masterSubscriptionId=8 AND objectType = 'subscription' AND action = 'domain_create' AND status = 4;
Change its status to "done" (3):
MYSQL_LIN: sqlite> UPDATE tasks SET status = 3 WHERE id=8;
