On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

    Sadly this does not work. This completly destroys the structure of the rights. Do NOT use this workaround (Date: 19 February of 2019).

    # chmod -R 755 /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs
    -> every file within the directory of /httpdocs and the subfolders will have the rights 755 instead of 644.

    On Debian the subscription_system_user is always psaadm for the /var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/logs directory.
    The owner of /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs should not be psaadm but the real system user of the subscription that is shown as example within plesk GUI.
    Should be the same owner as on /var/www/vhosts/example.com/

    I did not check it for CentOS/CloudLinux.
