An error appears in UI and in
/var/log/plesk/panel.logduring the backup process:
PLESK_ERROR: Error: Unable to download the file from the storage: the content of the retrieved file '' does not match the content that was previously sent '2GJo6Nfv30D3kz9U51A0ZbfW'
Check that you can upload to and download files from the storage. You can check it independently with the commands:

curl -v -P - --ssl -k -u user 'ftp://ftp.example.com/test-dir/test-file.txt'
it is impossible to upload files to the server because of quota reached error:

Free some space on the FTP server, used for the backups.
