AppLocker policy is configured to restrict psacln group users from running executables from %SYSTEM32% folder. A security improvement task PFSI-46151 was created. It will be implemented in future product updates.
Note: if you don't have administrative access to Plesk via RDP, contact your hosting provider regarding the issue
- Open secpol.msc snap-in
- Expand to Security Settings > Application Control Policies > AppLocker > Executable Rules and locate the rule which denies access to the file by path mentioned in the error message. Open the rule properties:
- Open Exceptions tab and add a new exception:
- Click Browse and add the filename mentioned in the error message:
and click OK buttons (2 times) to apply the exclusion.
