- The following error occurs on attempt to perform a Scan or Check for Updates operations in Plesk > WordPress :
PLESK_ERROR: Scanning for WordPress installations finished with errors:
Task is not responding:type=ext-wp-toolkit-task\manage
- The following error can be found in
CONFIG_TEXT: suhosin: ALERT - script tried to disable memory_limit by setting it to a negative value -1 bytes which is not allowed (attacker 'REMOTE_ADDR not set', file '/usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/wp-toolkit/vendor/wp-cli/wp-cli/php/WP_CLI/Runner.php', line 1193)
WordPress Toolkit bug EXTWPTOOLK-1017 that is planned to be fixed in one of the next product updates.
As a Workaround, it is possible to run Scan or Check for Updates operations via Subscriptions > example.com > WordPress .
Also, it is possible to adjust
Apache extension PHP Settings in
file by increasing
value to a higher value and restarting Apache service:
# grep 'suhosin.memory_limit' /etc/php.d/suhosin.ini
suhosin.memory_limit = 512M
#service httpd restart
